The role

We are seeking a Director to lead our Tax Practice in Singapore. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in tax advisory services, including M&A tax due diligence, tax incentives, tax structuring, and general tax advisory services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading various tax advisory assignments, including legal entity and operational restructuring, tax incentive assessment and application, fund structuring advice, etc.
  • Managing projects for corporate tax compliance, including liaising with clients, preparation/review of estimated chargeable income, preparation/review of tax computations, preparation and submission of tax returns, and handling queries from regulatory authorities.
  • Assisting in tax due diligence projects, identifying key tax risks, and providing tax structuring advice for transactions.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in accounting and 10-12 years of tax consulting experience. Big 4 experience is preferred. Strong leadership, execution, and coaching skills are essential, as well as excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
