You are invited to apply for an exciting opportunity as an Accounting Manager at Andaz Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounting operations of our hotel, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions.

The ideal candidate should have a solid background in hospitality finance and experience with Oracle Opera and Micros Simphony. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is also essential. As an effective team player, you will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct monthly surprise cash counts and weekly cash counts for the General Cashier
  • Review daily IJ Reconciliation and weekly Credit Card Reconciliation prepared by Shared Service
  • Compute accrual of F&B sales commission and review commission invoices when received
  • Audit OC/ENT checks, FO rebates, F&B/Laundry discounts, and F&B/Laundry void checks
  • Review daily Comp Room / House Use Room, Rate Variance Report, Room Discrepancy Reports, and make adjustments if required

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Accounting professional certificate (LCCI, Diploma in Accountancy) or minimum 2-3 years' experience in hospitality finance
  • Knowledge of Oracle Opera and Micros Simphony is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Good time management and organization skills
  • Efficient and effective team player, self-motivated, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
