We are seeking a skilled and motivated Junior Brand Manager to play a crucial role in driving brand growth by developing and executing trade marketing strategies and sales plans that deliver distribution gains, market share, and revenue objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in trade marketing, brand management, or sales within FMCG/consumer goods.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with the Sales team to align brand strategies with channel opportunities, monitoring and managing inventory flow with the purchasing team, and preparing, tracking, and analyzing monthly brand and sales performance reports.
- Drive brand growth through strategic planning and execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Monitor and manage inventory flow to prevent out-of-stocks
- Prepare and analyze sales performance reports
- Develop and execute trade promotion plans
