Digital Experience Creator

The primary objective of this role is to design user interfaces that are intuitive and visually appealing, enhancing the overall user experience across digital platforms. This position involves translating user requirements into compelling visual designs, ensuring consistency and adherence to established design systems and accessibility standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high-fidelity visual designs and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.
- Ensure designs are both aesthetically pleasing and functionally effective.
- Collaborate with UX researchers and product teams to gain a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure visual consistency.
- Establish scalable design patterns and participate in user testing sessions.
Requirements:
- 3-7 years of professional experience as a UI Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of design systems, responsive design, and usability principles.
- Ability to create interactive prototypes and effectively communicate design intent.
