We are seeking a skilled Power BI Business Analyst to collaborate with business users and technical teams in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality Power BI reports, dashboards, and automation solutions that meet business needs.

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for innovative Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint solutions.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify areas for automation or improvement.

Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and workflows for technical teams.

Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to validate requirements and provide updates on solution progress.

Support the design and implementation of automated workflows, reporting dashboards, and SharePoint solutions.

Assist in testing, user acceptance, and documentation to ensure solutions meet requirements.

Contribute to training materials, knowledge transfer, and end-user support.

Evaluate and ensure adherence to IT governance, security, and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities include gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, translating business needs into technical specifications, facilitating workshops, supporting solution design and implementation, assisting in testing and documentation, contributing to training materials, and ensuring adherence to IT standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business process analysis, workflow automation, and reporting solutions.

The successful candidate will possess excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical teams and business users.

We require a proven experience as a Business Analyst with exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and SharePoint.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field is required.

The preferred qualifications include certification such as CBAP or PMI-PBA, experience with Office 365 administration and integration, and knowledge of data modeling, SQL, or ETL processes.
