Project Coordination Role

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled project coordination professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to delivery and completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution;
  • Managing project schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve timely and within-budget delivery;
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues that may impact project success;
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and colleagues;
  • Liaising with technical experts to resolve complex project-related queries;
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also have a proven track record of project coordination experience, preferably in civil works or a related field.

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field;
  • Proven working experience in project coordination or a related field;
  • Decision-making ability and leadership skills;
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills;
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software;
