At ASMPT SMT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Technician, Quality Assurance to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our electroform work area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the quality control department and ensure that all quality assurance processes are followed.
  • Operate and maintain quality control equipment, including thickness gauges, hardness testers, and visual measuring machines.
  • Perform inspections on outputs, including foils, mounted stencils, laser cut stencils, and pump print stencils.
  • Conduct functionality checks, dimension checks, and cross-section checks on bellow qualification.
  • Collect and record data on thickness, XY, aperture size, and hardness for traceability.
  • Update inspection data into the server/database and technical drawings.
  • Maintain accurate records of all measurement data for good traceability.
  • Handle special stencils, such as dual-layer, 3D, and thin foil, with care.
  • Effectively schedule jobs to ensure proper production planning.
  • Responsible for calibration and calibration database management.
  • Responsible for ISO documentation and quality records.
  • Participate in ISO internal and external audits.
  • Work with contractors or suppliers for maintenance and calibration matters.
  • Rectify production problems and perform simple repair works when needed.
Requirements:
  • At least SPM, NITEC, or Higher NITEC in Chemical.
  • Preferably more than 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
  • Able to work in a chemical production environment.
  • Team player with strong communication skills.
  • Takes initiative.
  • Good understanding of safe working practices.
  • Able to work rotating shifts.
