Job Title: Senior IT Programme Lead

We are seeking a seasoned IT programme lead to drive complex initiatives in the banking sector. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of AML/CFT regulations and frameworks, as well as extensive experience in managing large-scale IT projects within a financial institution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of project engagement from planning through to delivery
  • Continuously manage stakeholder expectations via effective governance processes
  • Deliver high-level communication to executives
  • Provide regular status reporting on milestones and deliverables
  • Oversee a portfolio of complex initiatives spanning multiple business lines
  • Own the full project life cycle from inception to completion
  • Ensure programme alignment with strategic objectives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
  • 10-15 years of work experience in the Banking industry
  • 10+ years of experience in project management with a focus on IT systems
  • Strong understanding of AML/CFT regulations and frameworks
  • Proven track record of managing large IT projects within a financial institution
