We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solution Sales Professional to join our team at STRATEGY SOLUTIONS SERVICES. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives and identifying new market opportunities.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong background in IT sales or related field. Experience in document solutions life cycle is preferred but not essential. You will be responsible for formulating effective sales strategies to ensure share market gains, increased profitability, and managing solution sales cycles from analysis to implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer requirements and prepare sales proposals for solution-based services
  • Identify new market opportunities and establish new solution business models
  • Maintain and build good working relationships with existing and new customers and distributors
  • Conduct solution training for sales teams and distributors
  • Manage projects development and implementation
  • Host webinars to enhance knowledge sharing
  • Analyze industrial trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Possess experience in IT control or related field
  • Refined business acumen for customer and vendor management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge in colour management and managed print services is an advantage
  • Experience in document solutions life cycle is preferred

We offer a competitive salary of SGD $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, and a range of benefits that include professional development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a collaborative work environment.
