**About the Role**

The Centre for Integrated Circuits and Systems is seeking a Research Fellow to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative Terahertz Transmitter and Receiver Antennas for Wireless Communications.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and characterizing sub-THz electronic circuits (Oscillators, Mixers) and collaborating with the Photonics team for hybrid integration of photonics devices.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Design and characterize sub-THz electronic circuits (Oscillators, Mixers)
  • Collaborate with the Photonics team for hybrid integration of photonics devices

**Requirements**

  • PhD degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or related field.
  • Strong background in RFIC components design, with mmWave experience an advantage.
  • Proficiency in EDA tools (Cadence, ADS) and EM modelling tools (HFSS, CST).
  • Experience in RF characterization measurements.
