Front Office Team Lead

The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Front Office Team Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Front Office team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive revenue growth.
Job SummaryThis is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned hospitality professional to lead a high-performing team in a luxury hotel environment. As a Front Office Team Lead, you will oversee all aspects of front desk operations, including guest check-in/check-out, room assignment, and cash handling. You will also be responsible for supervising a team of front office staff, providing coaching and development opportunities, and ensuring seamless execution of front desk processes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a high-performing front office team to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth
- Oversee all aspects of front desk operations, including guest check-in/check-out, room assignment, and cash handling
- Supervise and develop front office staff, providing coaching and mentoring to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Ensure seamless execution of front desk processes, including arrival/departure procedures, room assignments, and guest requests
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including occupancy rates, revenue, and guest feedback
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Housekeeping and Food and Beverage, to ensure smooth operation of hotel services
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in front office management or a related role in the hospitality industry
- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, colleagues, and external partners
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and software, including property management systems and point-of-sale systems
