Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, review, and implement the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Management System to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards, and investigate incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Liaise with statutory bodies to ensure compliance with EHSS-related licenses and permits, and stay up-to-date with the latest changes in regulations and Acts.
  • Promote a culture of health and safety within the organization through campaigns, competitions, and activities.
  • Regularly update management on EHS performance and the continual improvement plan.
Requirements:
  • Degree in a relevant field, such as Health, Safety and Environmental Management, or Occupational Health and Safety.
  • Over 8 years of experience in the construction and engineering industry, with a strong background in EHS management.
  • Familiarity with Singapore regulations and local legislation system.
  • Excellent skills in ISO 9001, ISO 14000, and OHSAS 18001 audits.
