Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior E&M Engineer to join our team at DL E&C CO., LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and managing Mechanical and Electrical services on site, ensuring the adherence to safe work procedures, and preparing project progress reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage Mechanical and Electrical services with consultant and sub-contractors on site;
• Oversee all related M&E issues on site;
• Assist Manager in the coordination of project management activities;
• Attend external project meetings, meetings with consultants, and technical meetings;
• Assist Manager in carrying out shop drawings and submissions;
• Ensure works of System Wide Contractors and civil/architectural works are proceeded as planned;
• Ensure adherence to safe work procedures;
• Prepare project progress reports;
• Follow up on QA/QC matters and record defects;
• Order materials required for projects;

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering;
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction supervision of M&E building services work;
• Familiarity with construction site activities;
