Supermarket Retail Merchandiser Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Supermarket Retail Merchandiser to join our team.

Job Description:

  • Work in various supermarkets, covering 6-9 stores per day.
  • Stock shelves, check for expired items, set up promotions, and order stock.
  • 5 days per week, 8.30am - 6.30pm schedule.
  • Must be able to carry heavy weights.
  • Must own a motorbike.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure products are well merchandised on normal shelves and promotion displays with adequate stock weight, minimizing out of stock situations.
  • Maintain/improve current product facing, grouping, and positioning against competitors.
  • Execute promotions properly and on time at stores, including visible and effective placement of POS materials.
  • Build good relationships with store personnel, provide good service levels, and garner store support for sales orders and promotion initiatives.
  • Provide timely and quality feedback on stock levels, new products, competitive activities, and market information.
  • Capture store data via smart devices.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

  • Must have a valid driving license (2/ 2A/ 2B) and own a vehicle.
  • Some experience in Supermarket Retail/Merchandising is required.

Work Schedule:

  • 5 days/week.
  • Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 6.30pm.
