About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and support daily end-user IT requests and issues on business applications and workflow systems.
  • Ensure IT tickets are properly logged and followed up with timely escalation to supervisors and vendors.
  • Support business application systems, including DMS and CRM, to ensure proper workflow and documentation.
  • Develop and maintain technical documents, application disaster recovery procedures, and application licenses and inventory.
  • Collaborate with business functions on business application projects, assist in design and development, and liaise with vendors to support established specifications and requirements.
  • Perform periodic audits and security reviews to ensure compliance with IT governance and regulatory requirements.
  • Design information systems that meet business requirements and align with IT standards and policies.
  • Perform impact analysis arising from business change requests and collaborate with software developers and IT engineers to implement and integrate systems.
  • Test and debug systems to ensure they meet functional and performance requirements.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and IT staff on system use and maintenance.
  • Ensure systems comply with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior systems analysts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Information Management, or Computer Science.
  • At least 5 years of technical experience in business applications support, development, testing, systems design, or project management.
  • Good programming skills in ASP.NET,.NET Core, C#, PHP, JavaScript, and HTML5.
  • Previous project experience with Microsoft end-user technology and related applications.
  • Experience in implementing and supporting business application systems using Microsoft solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) such as MS SQL and SQL.
  • Strong business process and analytical skills with excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge and experience in the automotive industry business process and application systems are preferred.
  • ITIL, Microsoft MCDBA, Salesforce, and PMP certification holders will be an added advantage.
