The Mechanical Project Coordinator must analyze specific project improvements (cost-benefit analysis) and collaborate with other trades to finalize designs and construction plans.

Preparing and submitting periodic work plans and progress reports to management is an essential responsibility. Monitoring site performance, reviewing contractors' procedures, and helping develop project procedures for owner's teams are also key tasks.
