We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Associate Consultant. This role involves developing and implementing salary survey data for the inclusion of base pay, bonuses, and incentives in our globally leading rewards benchmarking database.
The successful candidate will work on reward-related projects linked to our product suite, collaborating with seasoned practitioners and commercial colleagues to deliver product services and solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.
This is a unique opportunity to build and maintain client relationships that deliver profitable renewal, yield, or new business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supports the total rewards database delivery and expansion for a country or a cluster of countries.
- Manages relationships with assigned clients during the delivery period of a product or service.
- Delivers presentations, workshops, and client trainings around product and services.
- Has shared responsibility of the creation, renewal, and maintenance of the reward database in the assigned country.
- Engage with manager regularly to discuss delivery activity levels, future meetings approaches to be successful, and technical support needed to assist in delivery of projects.
Professional Experience/Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 3-6 years of relevant experience, preferably in consultancy.
- Experience in reward consulting, being able to discuss various topics of reward with the client and link this to the business needs.
- An understanding of customer service.
- Seasoned project manager in a client-facing role.
- Proactively works to expand knowledge within the area of pay & benefits as well as other areas if needed.
- Develops an internal network of relationships to proactively share experience and learn.
