Regional Business Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced Regional Business Development Lead to join our team at Willet Partners PTE. LTD., a premium modern building systems technology manufacturer organisation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing our commercial property and hospitality business in the Asia-Pacific region.
Key Responsibilities:- Market Development
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential targets in the commercial property and hospitality segment.
- Develop and implement strategies to build relationships with architects, designers, owners, and investors of commercial property and hotel chains.
- Identify unique selling propositions and differentiators for our company in the commercial property and hospitality segment.
- Account Management
- Build strong relationships with existing accounts and provide exceptional support to grow and retain their business.
- Present new solutions and services to existing accounts to increase revenue.
- Track and record activity on accounts to ensure data accuracy and meet targets.
- Proposal Development
- Collaborate with technical, product, and marketing teams to develop proposals that meet client needs and objectives.
- Manage regional projects in close collaboration with colleagues.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of business development experience in the hotel and high-end residential industry or background in interior designing.
- Excellent account management and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
The estimated salary for this role is SGD $120,000 - SGD $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
