Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Backend Software Engineer to join our team. As a Backend Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable and efficient software systems.

You will work closely with our development team to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. Your expertise in software engineering will help us deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop large-scale Kubernetes clusters
  • Build and optimize system architectures for ultra-large-scale Kubernetes clusters
  • Improve the performance and stability of control systems in scenarios like big data and machine learning
  • Define and enhance Kubernetes SLOs
  • Analyze end-to-end latency, identify performance bottlenecks, propose solutions, and implement them in production environments
  • Develop Observability for Kubernetes Clusters
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A strong background in software development, computer science, or a related technical discipline
  • Experience in developing or contributing to cloud-native open-source projects
  • Hands-on project experience with containerized applications
  • Familiarity with observability tools and frameworks like Prometheus, Grafana, or distributed tracing systems
  • Knowledge of big data or machine learning workflows in a Kubernetes environment
