Job Description:

As a Building Construction Supervisor and Rebar Schedule Expert, you will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will oversee all aspects of the project, including planning, execution, and completion.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and inspect construction sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices
  • Coordinate with contractors and agencies to ensure timely completion of works
  • Supervise fabrication of precast concrete and steel structural elements
  • Supervise lifting operations to erect precast concrete elements
  • Conduct daily toolbox meetings to discuss site-specific issues and provide guidance to workers
  • Maintain accurate records of site documentation, including repair and rectification, safety, and administrative matters

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certificate in Safety Supervisor (BCSS) and Work at Height Supervisor
  • Diploma or equivalent in a relevant field is an advantage
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in construction supervision and management
  • Able to work independently and lead a team of workers
  • Occupational First Aid is preferred
