Job Title: Social Service Sector Data Operations Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled data specialist to play a vital role in ensuring accurate data management and efficient survey operations that support strategic decision-making for the social service sector.

This is a back-end, data-focused position with the following responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with an external survey vendor to collect and process manpower data
  • Troubleshoot and resolve queries from social service agencies (SSAs)
  • Track project timelines, ensuring materials and deliverables are well-organized and on schedule
  • Liaise with multiple Social Service Agencies (SSA) to deliver project reports and coordinate post-survey briefing sessions
  • Assist in communication efforts with SSAs
  • Conduct landscape scans on SSAs, as well as sector and manpower trends
  • Perform simple analysis on manpower data in the social service sector

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree holder with experience of at least 3 months and above
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (V-look Up, Pivot Table); knowledge of Tableau is an advantage
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office software (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Good communication skills and able to engage with external stakeholders
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and timelines
  • Motivated to learn, responsible, and has a positive working attitude
