Aesthetic Service Specialist
About the Role:We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetic Service Specialist to provide exceptional beauty services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of skincare and dermatology treatments, experience in eyelash extensions, and excellent communication skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional eyelash extension services, assisting with skincare consultations, recommending suitable treatments and aftercare for each client, and delivering warm and personalized service to create an exceptional client experience.
The specialist will also maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and order of their workspace, assist with client registration, appointment scheduling, and POS management, and support the team in achieving service and sales targets.
In return, we offer competitive basic pay + high sales commission and performance bonus, no work on Sundays and public holidays, convenient working hours: weekdays 10:30am – 8:30pm, Saturdays 10:30am – 7:00pm, supportive work environment with professional training opportunities, and clear career progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide professional eyelash extension services
- Assist with skincare consultations
- Recommend suitable treatments and aftercare for each client
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and order of your workspace
- Support the team in achieving service and sales targets
- Knowledge or interest in skincare/dermatology treatments
- Experience in eyelash extensions (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented and professional
- Goal-driven and motivated to achieve sales targets
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
