Project Lead
Are you an accomplished professional with a strong track record in office interior design and renovation management? We are seeking a highly skilled Project Lead to join our team.

We are looking for someone who can effectively manage end-to-end office renovation projects, develop project timelines, and oversee site progress. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of construction regulations and client requirements.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Oversee site progress, ensuring works are executed according to plans and specifications
• Manage a team of junior coordinators and site supervisors
• Coordinate with designers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution
• Ensure compliance with building regulations and client requirements

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil), Architecture, or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in office interior design and renovation management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
