Junior Civil Structural Design Engineer

We are seeking a talented Junior Civil Structural Design Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing temporary and permanent works, conducting analysis and design of buildings, coordinating projects with local authorities and stakeholders, collaborating with clients, consultants, and authorities on technical matters, developing strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, and working collaboratively as part of a team.

You will have the opportunity to work on various residential, institutional, commercial, and industrial projects, offering a wide range of challenges and experiences. We also provide a friendly working environment and approachable managerial levels, allowing you to grow and develop your skills.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Designing and analyzing building structures to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Coordinating project plans and submissions to local authorities, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Liaising with clients, consultants, and authorities to address technical matters and resolve issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent qualification.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Civil and Structural Engineering software applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
