We are seeking a highly skilled Master Roaster to join our team at THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. in Singapore.

Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented roaster to work with high-quality meats and ingredients, preparing and presenting delicious roasted dishes to our customers.

About the Role
  • As a Master Roaster, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting various roasted meat dishes such as roast duck, roast pork, char siew etc.
  • You will select high-quality meats and ingredients for roasting, marinate, season, and prepare meats before roasting, and ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
  • You will also monitor the roasting process to ensure meats are cooked to the desired temperature and doneness, maintaining consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful as a Master Roaster, you will need:

  • A strong passion for roasting and cooking
  • Excellent knife skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • A good understanding of food safety and quality control
  • Able to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is SGD $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including:
