We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced recruitment professional to join our team as a consultant. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving business development and acquiring new clients with hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth through new client acquisition
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of job orders and recruitment opportunities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement
  • Deliver consistent results against individual and team targets
  • Foster long-term client relationships based on trust, delivery, and professionalism

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of recruitment experience with a focus on business development
  • CEI-certified and degree holder preferred
  • Familiarity with Singapore's employment landscape and recruitment trends
  • Ability to work from an office in Singapore (non-remote role)
