Junior Scientific Support Specialist

We are seeking a detail-driven and hands-on Junior Scientific Support Specialist to join our laboratory team. The successful candidate will ensure high-quality testing, support operational workflows, and maintain compliance with industry standards in a dynamic lab environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with customers and team members to ensure smooth testing operations.
  • Implement and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety, and quality guidelines.
  • Receive, process, and manage samples for testing and storage.
  • Maintain and calibrate lab equipment to ensure accurate results.
  • Keep the lab organized – from chemical inventory to proper waste disposal.
  • Support investigations, documentation, and continuous improvement projects.

Requirements:

Diploma in Applied Chemistry, Science, or related field is required. Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is an advantage.
