English Language Program Specialist

This position is responsible for developing and implementing a tailored English language program for students who require additional support.

The successful candidate will assess student learning needs, develop individualized education plans, and collaborate with teachers to ensure seamless integration into the curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessment and Planning: Conduct assessments to identify student learning needs and develop education plans that cater to their unique requirements.
  • Teaching and Collaboration: Teach English classes and collaborate with teachers to integrate language instruction into the curriculum.
  • Parent and Community Engagement: Maintain open communication with parents and caregivers to ensure they are informed about their child's progress and involved in their educational journey.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Education or higher from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 5 years teaching experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Sensitivity toward cultural diversities
  • Ability to build community through positive interactions with parents
  • Self-motivated with a high energy level
