Project Coordinator: Architectural and Engineering Expert

Main Responsibilities:

This role involves working closely with project teams to review architectural drawings, ensuring accuracy and alignment with structural, M&E, and ID works. You will be responsible for liaising with consultants, coordinating with subcontractors, and conducting site inspections to verify compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

Your Key Contributions:

  • Review architectural drawings for errors and coordination issues
  • Liaise with consultants for clarifications and revisions
  • Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure architectural works align with project requirements
  • Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with approved drawings and specifications
  • Resolve design conflicts, site constraints, and technical queries
  • Prepare and submit documents for approvals

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need a degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or equivalent, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and strong communication and written skills. Knowledge of Autocad software is also essential. Additionally, you must be able to use Microsoft Project to present schedules to clients.
