Job Summary

As a Central Kitchen Operations Supervisor at NEWSTART SG PTE. LTD., you will play a critical role in managing the daily operations of our kitchen. This includes overseeing food production, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist the manager in managing daily operations, including food production and inventory management.
  2. Prepare and process food items, ensuring sufficient supply of ingredients for food preparation.
  3. Ensure the business complies with health and food safety regulations and maintains a clean kitchen environment.
  4. Oversee inventory management and ensure the quality of food meets our standards.
  5. Coordinate the packing and delivery of food to ensure timely service.
  6. Perform additional duties as assigned by the management team.
Requirements
  1. Able to solve operational issues efficiently.
  2. Effective communication and team management skills.
  3. Culinary expertise and relevant experience.
  4. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Flexibility to work split shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
