About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our Front Desk department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our reservations team.

About You
  • You hold a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management and have a minimum of 2 years experience in hotel reservations.
  • You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • You are highly responsible, reliable, and able to work cohesively as part of a team.
  • You have a strong understanding of Microsoft Windows applications and Opera PMS is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and lead the daily operations of the Reservations Department.
  2. Support the Reservations team in achieving departmental objectives.
  3. Maintain a very good reputation for the Hotel and contribute to increasing its overall profitability.
  4. Responsible for the daily organization of sections and conduct daily briefings.
  5. Ensure Revenue strategies implemented are followed through and all reports are completed on time.
  6. Provide guests with accurate and up-to-date information at all times.
  7. Manage the upsell program for the reservations and front desk department.
  8. Demonstrate active use of Accor Values and strive to implement the Accor Vision.
Compensation Package

The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.
