Job Title: AI Strategy and Implementation Manager

 

Overview

This role will be responsible for developing and implementing AI strategies and tools across the business.

  • Develop a comprehensive AI implementation roadmap aligned with the agency's strategic goals and client needs.
  • Research, evaluate, and recommend AI tools, platforms, and technologies that can be integrated into marketing workflows and internal team workflows.
  • Lead end-to-end AI implementation projects, from conceptualisation and pilot programs to full-scale deployment.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and new business development director to understand their needs, gather requirements, drive strategic direction, and facilitate the adoption of AI solutions.
  • Identify and redesign existing processes to incorporate AI, ensuring seamless integration and maximising benefits.
  • Manage relationships with external AI technology providers and consultants, ensuring solutions meet standards and requirements.
  • Work with clients to understand their requirements and how our AI solutions can work best for them.
  • Develop training programs and best practices to educate teams on AI tools, capabilities, and ethical considerations.
  • Establish metrics and monitor performance of implemented AI solutions, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements

Experience in marketing, consulting or technology focusing on AI and implementation is required, as well as a strong understanding of advertising, marketing and the creative industry. Additionally, technical knowledge of AI technologies such as NLP, computer vision and machine learning, and project management skills are necessary. Analytical, organisational and communication skills, as well as experience with AI and digital transformation initiatives, are highly valued.
