Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Engineer. This position is ideal for an individual with expertise in equipment testing and maintenance, as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation, re-configuration, upgrade, repair and debug of testers.
  • Execution of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance test performance and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
  • Generation of technical gap analysis reports on new hardware, software, and license requirements.
  • Providing technical training to production personnel.
  • Coordination and leadership of machine suppliers on project costing and time management.
  • Supporting audits and visits, and assisting in resolving quality issues.

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in any engineering field.
  • Knowledge of equipment, testers, and handlers would be advantageous.
  • Prior experience in equipment troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair.
  • Skills in semiconductor programming and applications.
  • Strong planning, organizing ability, and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with quality management principles, including problem-solving, statistical process control (SPC), design of experiments (DOE), and failure mode effects analysis (FMEA).
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Open to entry-level candidates.
