Quality Assurance and Control Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance and Control Specialist to join our team at TEAMBUILD ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our projects meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review project quality requirements, project quality plan, method statements, inspection & test plans, and inspection checklists.
  • Develop inspection and test plans and inspection checklists based on project works specifications.
  • Assist in projects' internal quality management system audit and quality inspection audit.
  • Collect and document data for defects monitoring and trend analysis to measure project quality performance and root cause investigation and analysis to improve project performance.
  • Promote best practices in project quality management to reduce the cost of poor quality and improve work productivity.

  • Strong understanding of quality management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
