Business Process Transformation Leader

We are seeking an experienced Business Process Transformation Leader to join our Business Excellence team. This role is responsible for creating and implementing business process improvements that enhance customer experience, increase operational efficiency, and reduce process variation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create and develop ideal customer and user flow diagrams and wireframes outlining the optimal journey maps.
  2. Collaborate with departments to ensure user journey designs align with technical capabilities and business objectives.
  3. Analyze and document current business processes, identify areas for optimization, and design improved processes with automated solutions.
  4. Identify experience gaps to develop insights into customer needs and behaviors.
  5. Engage and update stakeholders on improved processes and solutions.
  6. Build business cases with clear cost-benefit analysis to secure project funding.
  7. Implement strategies to enhance end-to-end customer experiences, increase operational efficiency, and reduce process variation.
  8. Devise performance metrics to measure business outcomes and provide data-driven insights.
  9. Lead and chair project working committees.
  10. Plan and monitor project progress.
  11. Develop Project Charter and Business Case collaboratively with business and project leads.
  12. Prepare and own the Project Management Plan.
  13. Manage project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and contingency plans.
  14. Escalate critical issues related to resourcing, deliverables, vendor or team commitments to the Project Sponsor or Steering Committee.
  15. Take responsibility for overall project progress and resource utilization, initiating corrective actions as necessary.
  16. Report to stakeholders, including the Project Sponsor and Steering Committee.
  17. Coordinate with the Steering Committee to ensure project alignment and integrity.
  18. Validate that the return on investment (ROI) is achieved post-implementation.
  19. Ensure adherence to project governance requirements.
