HIGHLAND SECURITY SERVICES & INVESTIGATION PTE. LTD. is seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Security Industry Business Growth Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and targeting new business opportunities within the security services sector, including corporate clients, commercial properties, residential estates, and government agencies.

To achieve this, the ideal candidate will need to build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitor offerings, and develop strategies to approach potential clients and close new business deals.

Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in any field, proven success in business development and sales of managed services, strong understanding of the managed security service industry, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

The salary offer for this position is up to $5,500 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Job Description:
