Main Responsibilities

  • To take off quantities accurately and efficiently
  • To prepare Variation Orders (VO) and claims as needed
  • To source sub-contractors, suppliers, and other essential services
  • To provide support for ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Diploma in Building or Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification
  • Relevant working experience in pre and post tender of building projects, including schools, high-rise residential, and other types of buildings
