Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent front desk services, including check-in, check-out, room assignments, and responding to guest inquiries. You will also be expected to maintain a high level of knowledge about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to provide accurate information to guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a smooth stay experience.
- Maintain accurate records of guest reservations, payments, and preferences.
- Be familiar with hotel policies, procedures, and services to address guest queries effectively.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar capacity in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rotating shifts.
- Knowledge of Opera system or equivalent property management software.
Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of SGD $35,000 - $45,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for growth and professional development.
