Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning vacant units in preparation for marketing and occupancy. This includes cleaning property common areas, office, and model units. The Cleaner will work closely with the maintenance staff and report to the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager.

Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning, stocking and supplying designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, and other tasks as needed)
  • Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities
  • Carrying out heavy cleaning tasks whenever required
  • Cooperating with the rest of the staff
  • Following all health and safety regulations

About You/Qualifications:

Possess prior cleaning experience and are able to carry out tasks independently.
