- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance for mechanical and electrical systems, plumbing, and sanitary services.

- Administrative Tasks
- Generate simple reports using computer software.
- Education
- Higher NITEC / NITEC in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering/Building Services/Facility Technology or equivalent.
