This role requires a unique blend of creativity, technical expertise, and leadership skills to develop and deliver immersive design concepts that exceed client expectations.

As a key member of our design team, you will work closely with the Creative Director and project teams to drive project success and shape the future of experiential design.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of immersive design concepts that integrate spatial and content-driven elements.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director and project team to ensure alignment with the project vision and creative direction.
  • Prepare detailed design documentation, including 3D renderings and presentation materials.
  • Present design concepts confidently to clients and adapt based on feedback.
  • Manage project timelines and deliver high-quality outcomes that meet deadlines.
  • Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of creative growth and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in experiential, spatial, and/or exhibition design.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard 3D design software such as SketchUp, Rhino, 3ds Max, and Revit.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating projects in Exhibitions, Retail, Hospitality, and/or Theme Parks.
  • Experience in designing both spatial layouts and integrated content elements.
  • Excellent project management skills with an eye for detail and a collaborative mindset.
