The Casual Labour position at Marina Bay Sands Pte Ltd involves working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be responsible for maintaining the high standards of service excellence that our guests have come to expect from us. Key responsibilities include collecting daily amenities, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of all Butler Floor Pantries, Storerooms, and Janitor's Closet, receiving and replenishing stock, preparing butler trolleys, and performing various ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Butler Supervisor, Assistant Manager, and Manager.
Responsibilities
1. Collect daily amenities in bulk and deploy them to designated locations for butlers' action.
2. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all Butler Floor Pantries, Storerooms, and Janitor's Closet.
3. Receive and replenish stock in respective storerooms.
4. Prepare butler trolleys, napkins, and utensils to elevate operational efficiency.
5. Assist in clearing and returning old fruits, floral arrangements, and IRD amenities.
6. Be up-to-date with local and online F&B offerings and perform outside food/miscellaneous purchases as requested by guests/casino hosts.
7. Perform any other non-guest-facing ad-hoc tasks assigned by Butler Supervisor, Assistant Manager, and Manager.
Requirements
1. Pays attention to details and has strong customer service skills.
2. Mature, meticulous, resourceful, organized, and able to work independently.
3. A team player who takes the initiative to assist other Team Members when required.
4. Good guest relation and basic problem-solving skills.
5. Pleasant attitude and cheerful disposition.
6. Able to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
