Performance Reporting Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Performance Reporting Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Data Management: Working with stakeholders to collect KPI metrics data.
  • Performance Reporting: Collaborating with the Data Analytics Team to create management dashboards for performance reporting purposes.

  • Minimum 1 year's experience in performance reporting or planning, preferably in the financial industry.
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel.
  • A fast learner with an inquisitive mind and a structured approach to task execution.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with various stakeholders.
