We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Operations Specialist to maintain and support backend systems that power real-time financial clearing and payments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively manage incidents and resolve application issues with minimal downtime ensuring seamless service continuity
  • Monitor system health, respond to critical alerts, and provide daily operational support to ensure high system availability
  • Collaborate closely with dev teams to fix recurring issues and optimize system performance
  • Oversee deployments, testing, security audits (VAPT/APT) and ensure timely updates and documentation for all support activities
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or its equivalent with a strong foundation in software engineering principles
  • At least 3 years of experience in backend development using Java, J2EE, Oracle, SQL, and Unix/Linux
  • Excellent understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies
  • Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, SpringBoot, scripting languages, and agile project management tools
