About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Application Development Manager and Lead Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for evaluating business requirements and providing SAP solutions and integrated approaches for our customers.

You will provide technical consultation to customers, working closely with project teams and consultants to gain in-depth knowledge of customer needs and preferences. Your expertise will be essential in overseeing the acquisition and development of software systems based on customer business processes and requirements.

You will also be responsible for monitoring the results and quality of software solutions and projects, delivering presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients, and providing technical expertise on the development or application of software and platform applications.

In addition, you will work with sales teams to provide support and guidance on proposals and proposal presentations, and engage with vendors to support and provide solutions.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in application development and SAP solutions. You will have a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, and a minimum of 6 years of work experience in a relevant role.

You will have excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to communicate technical and business concepts effectively to customers. You will also have a good understanding of SAP best practices and best fit, as well as experience with SAP CRM and SAP SRM.

You will be self-motivated and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines, with a strong ability to identify requirements and develop use cases in SAP's ERP based on customer needs.
