About the Role

KPMG - Singapore is seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our SAP Digital Transformation team, you will play a critical role in assisting clients with End-to-End business transformation initiatives enabled by SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and configure Employee Central to meet stakeholder requirements
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis, requirement gathering, solution design, deployment planning, and implement Employee Central
  • Identify, assess, and solve complex business problems for the area of responsibility, requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors
  • Provide solution support during proposal development and planning
  • Define data, integration, and test strategy for Employee Central deployment
  • Advise and lead the internal and client project team during implementation, serving as a subject matter expert and advising on leading practices in Employee Central
  • Monitor and advise on solution and schedule risks and mitigation strategies
  • Manage client relationships with business process owners and client solution leads
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of Employee Central product-suite, including professional certifications
  • Assist in coaching and developing junior consultants and growing the SAP Human Capital Management capability
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum 12 years of experience with SAP Employee Central implementations, including hands-on design and configuration
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin (an advantage)
  • Experience with Employee Central deployments in Asia countries (an advantage)
  • Knowledge of SAP On-Premise Payroll (an advantage, but not essential)
  • Ability to manage senior stakeholders and client executives
  • Knowledge and experience of the SAP Activate methodology for SuccessFactors Business domain knowledge for Human Resources
  • Proven ability in implementing HRIS software within or for a Human Resource Department
  • Previous exposure to HR practices and HR Software
  • Ability to effectively develop presentations and present ideas and proposals to all levels of management
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical, and presentation skills
