About the Role
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years' experience in public accounting, with expertise in auditing standards, project management, and time management. Strong technical skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal abilities are essential for success in this position. Additionally, the successful candidate should be able to lead a high-performing team and possess strong initiative and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
This senior-level position involves managing full aspects of audit engagements, from planning to finalization, as well as coaching, mentoring, and building high-performance teams. The director will also perform review work of audit teams' findings and assist the Audit Partners and Directors in delivering assurance services to a portfolio of clients. Furthermore, they will identify business development opportunities, manage client relationships, and develop strategic plans to drive growth.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must have a degree or professional accounting qualifications recognized by ISCA and a proven track record of success in a similar role. Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to lead a team and make informed decisions. Experience in risk assessment, internal controls, and project management is also desirable.
Compensation Package
We offer a competitive salary of approximately SGD 160,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as benefits such as health insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
