Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from initial candidate sourcing to onboarding new hires.

Key Responsibilities:
* Source and attract high-quality candidates through various channels
* Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the industry
* Coordinate interviews and assessments with hiring managers
* Make job offers and negotiate terms
* Onboard new employees and ensure a smooth transition into their roles

Requirements:
* Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
* Minimum 2 years' experience in talent acquisition with exposure to other HR functions
* Strong knowledge of local labor regulations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
