Quantitative Researcher - Global Equities

Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptional Quantitative Researcher to join our team in a collaborative, intellectually rigorous environment. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced researchers, technologists, and portfolio managers to uncover alpha across global markets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantitative fields such as mathematics, statistics, physics, engineering, or economics. A proven track record of alpha generation and strategy development is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify alpha signals across global equity markets
  • Develop systematic trading strategies with consistent risk-adjusted returns

Required Skills and Qualifications:

A PhD/Master's degree in a quantitative field is required, along with 3+ years of buy-side quantitative research experience at hedge funds. Expertise in Python/R programming languages is also necessary for alpha research and backtesting.
