Job Title: Construction Estimator

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Construction Estimator where you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate estimates and tender submissions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for taking off quantities, sourcing quotations, and handling tender correspondences.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Take off quantities to guarantee precise estimates and tender submissions
  • Source quotations for relevant trade works, including price comparisons and cost analysis
  • Raise tender queries/design discrepancies for clarification
  • Handle tender correspondences and addenda to update changes in tender documents
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years' working experience related to main building tenders
  • Knowledge of digital softwares such as Cost X/Glodon

Candidates should possess excellent administration, estimation, procurement, and team player skills. Civil engineering knowledge and experience with AutoCAD and pricing are also essential.
